Absolutely, I have had numerous customers come to me throughout the years, disappointed with the manner in which their past designer has taken care of their site. While this is consistently a disgrace to see, it’s given me wealth of experience in taking on existing websites.
Absolutely! I know how painful it can be to move a WordPress site from one server to another, and that’s why I help my customers move their sites completely FOR FREE. Typically I get this completed for you within 2-3 working days. Once you have access to the Customer Panel Simply create a order for a secure migration request, I will then create a project form to get some details about your previous hosting account, and I’ll get your site transferred and set up as a demo site under your account. You can then review it to see how everything performs, and make sure everything is in place.
Sure, I am happy to support you and maintain your website on any hosting provider. However if I host your website on my platform, this allows me to provide the best possible support, security and care for your site. Rest assured, you can rely on my hosting platform if needed. If you were to host your own website with another provider, you would need to handle and take care of the “hosting” side of things yourself. Additionally, several of the “security” and “hosting” services we provide would no longer be available, and would need to be dealt with by your hosting provider. We will however install and additional Plugin on your site to handle some security feature. This will replace some of the basic security & speed features that would have normally be built in with my hosting & security services.
My normal business hours are Monday to Friday, 9:30am to 3:30pm (UK time). This is when you can expect the fastest ticket response times. I am available for custom site maintenance, changes & development support during our business hours. However, I also be available outside my “normal” support hours (and weekends) for general support and queries submitted via ticket or email, although you could expect slightly slower response times in some cases. You may email me or create a support ticket any time, and I’ll reply as soon as possible. Emergency support is available 24/7 for urgent hosting issues, such as your website going down. Submitting an “emergency support ticket” via the client area will alert the 24/7 emergency support team at CloudHosting, so they can take a look into your issue as soon as possible.
Definitely! I provide support & services specifically for WooCommerce, or any other WordPress eCommerce site.

As long as the plugin used are legally licensed(commercial), secure and are not been flagged with security risk or they are in conflict with the server, I do not foresee any issues.

I currently only accept credit/debit card via online payment processor Paypal. I also accept manual bank transfer for yearly subscriptions. All payments are 100% safe, secure and encrypted.
For WordPress “multisite” websites, you only need a custom plan for me to manage your “main site”, to host the multisite, and perform all security and managed updates for the whole multisite network. However if you would like me to manage, maintain, and perform changes on each individual sub-site (with separate themes etc) on your multisite network, you will need to create a bulk maintenance plan and add additional domain for each sub-site. Please feel free to get in touch to discuss further requirements.

Yes! My plans include malware scanning, and free malware removal is also included if we are hosting your website. If you are hosting the website yourself, an additional fee may apply to fix any malware that may be detected. Feel free to contact me for details.

If you are not currently signed up for my services, and your WordPress website has been hacked, you may still signup for one off Site Repair Fix.Please feel free to contact me for a no obligation quote.

When we are hosting your website, in most cases, our ongoing security scanning will automatically detect potential malware or hacks, and our dedicated security team will fix it for you as soon as it’s spotted!

If you would like to test my services for a month, before committing to a full year to receive the discount, that’s totally fine.

When you upgrade, you will be prorated any unused days/time when switching.

Yes, all websites on my managed hosting plan include a free Let’s Encrypt Simple SSL; a free, automated, and open certificate authority (CA), run for the public’s benefit to provide SSL certificates. More advanced certificate are also avaiable at extra cost and can be ordered via the Client Panel.
Yes, all backups are secure and are run every night, are stored for at least 15 days, and can be restored at any time (upon request). All backups are created and stored in the cloud for maximum security and reliability. This way they’re physically separate from your site.

The prices above are per each Domain, if you have a portfolio of domains, I will be happy to give a quote.

There are no fixed contracts, and you are never locked in. All plans are either month-to-month or annual, and can be canceled at any time without any cancellation fees. If you cancel, you’ll be able to safely recover your files and database. No refunds are offered at this time. Please read my terms for more informations.
Yes! If your company is a registered non-profit or charity, I will offer a 10% discount on the monthly and a 20% discount on the Yearly plan. Please contact me with your organisation details, registration certification, then we’ll get back to you.
